   Create your account

   Choose a plan to start from, then sign up with your e-mail and confirm it from the link we send.

   Add your business details and prove your number

   Enter your business name and the number customers ring. You prove the number is yours with a code sent by text or a phone call, or by ringing us from it.

   Save a card

   Stripe saves your card securely. Nothing is charged and no plan starts at this point.

   Get your Trade Hook number and set up forwarding

   We give you your own Trade Hook number and show how to forward unanswered calls to it with your provider, for example a dial code entered on the business phone. Your provider may charge for forwarded calls.

   Make one test call

   Ring your business number from another phone and let it go unanswered. The service goes live only when that test shows the call really arrived from your business number.

Your first 10 recovered calls are free, with no time limit (one free trial per business; if your card or business number has already had one, you can start a plan straight away instead). When they are used, new missed calls are not texted until you choose a plan; callers hear a short message and the calls still appear in your inbox so you can ring them back.

You can cancel any time from your Plan page: the plan stops renewing and works until the end of the period you have paid for. Remember to remove the call forwarding with your provider when you stop.
