Know exactly what your plan includes.
One SMS allowance unit covers one billable text segment. Most short messages use one segment. A longer message can use two or more.
Your plan renews monthly. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused allowances and top-ups do not roll over. Solo top-ups apply to your current billing period and expire at the end of that billing period. Stripe securely handles your payment card details, and The Trade Hook never stores your raw card information.
Cancel any time. There is no setup fee and no charge per user. If you use all of an allowance, new recovery activity that would create a cost pauses until your next renewal or an eligible plan or usage change.
